Reception: Brie cheese on crostini topped with peach Bellini paired with Champs de Provence sparkling rosé, Provence. First course: Honey-cured smoked salmon with baby island greens, grilled apples, dried cranberries and creamy grained mustard dressing paired with Martin Codax Rias Baix albarino, Spain. Second course: Grilled marinated tako (octupus) with citrus-thyme vinaigrette, kalamata olives and roasted cherry tomatoes paired with 'F' red wine, France. Third course: Lamb chop dijonaise, pan-seared and baked with dijon-herb crust with rosemary-garlic demi-glace paired with Clos de Los Siete, Argentina. Fourth course: Roaster pork loin with lilikoi reduction and hint of Tahitian vanilla paired with Allegrini Palazzo della Torre, Italy. Fifth course: Seasonal stone fruit tart tatin pepperjack paired with Barossa shiraz, Australia.
